Ingredients:

  • One yellow pepper
  • Asparagus
  • A few Mushrooms
  • Coconut oil
  • Garlic
  • Salmon
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Smoked Cheddar
  • Lemon slices

In a skillet, cook the yellow pepper in coconut oil until tender.

In a seperate skillet, cook salmon, mushrooms and garlic

Slice avocado, tomato and lemon while previous ingredients cook.

I love oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, onion. There are many more I love. I try to be careful about spices that have added salt. Suggestion when wanting to try a new spice.
