There is something therapeutic about putting pen to paper in your own hand writing. It’s like connecting directly to the sources that be.
Here is a way to get it started.
Write the date down and maybe the time. Begin with saying Hello or maybe Good Morning.
You can then go onto what’s around you, how you feel or the weather, just to get started.
If it is still challenging then write down, I don’t know what to write. It’s being honest and maybe just maybe things will open up. It may not happen right away but stay with it. Pause, and look at nature if at all possible.
