Sweet Peppers
Avocado
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Sundried Tomatoes
Olives
Feta
Pineapple
Oranges
Strawberries
Blueberries
Mango
Pumpkin Seeds
Roasted Pine Nuts
Cashews
Almonds
Chia Seeds
Dried Cranberries
Seaweed
Croutons
Salad Dressing – your choice
The Process
Basically add whatever you love to eat. You can use a little or a lot.
I went from eating a little side salad that was boring and not very delicious to eating an entire bowl of salad for a meal by myself.
Cut your ingredients to the size you wish and enjoy. I really prefer this on a nice sunny day.
Whoever said salads are boring has never done it like this.
