What you need

1 can Crushed Tomatoes
1 can of Mixed Beans
1 can of Pork & Beans
1 can of Tomatoe Paste
1 cup of Frozen Corn
1 cup of Mushrooms
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 Sweet Coloured Pepper (orange/yellow/red)
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Salt & Pepper
1 package of Chili Powder or Another spice


Crock Pot or Slow Cooker
Frying Pan


The Process

Pan fry chopped onions, garlic, and peppers
(I like them precooked)

Put all ingredients into slow cooker and enjoy the smells.
You can add as little or a lot as you like.
You can make this as hot as you like.
You can make it spicy and sweet.
